The 0303 Foundation Inc. was founded by expert esthetician Kristyn Smith with the mission to redefine the beauty standards of today’s culture.

From global supermodels to your typical teenager, everyone deals with the pressure to have clear skin. However, no one seems to address the damaging effects that skin problems have on both youth and adults physically and emotionally. Across the nation, numerous studies have shown how skin issues such as acne, eczema, and rosacea can lead to depression, self-harm, and bullying. These skin problems not only leave physical scars, but can also leave emotional scars that effect confidence, self-esteem, and school performance even at very young ages. Adding to the complexity of these issues is the fact that painful consequences of imperfect skin are too often ignored—this is where The 0303 Foundation comes in.

The 0303 Foundation aims to provide specific skincare products that nurture and heal the skin to students across America who rarely have the access or means to afford them. Additionally, The 0303 Foundation desires to create a platform for public and private high schools that offer workshops that will teach our skin care philosophies while providing the necessary supplies to achieve positive results at home. Our goal is to launch the first, large-scale, public school program centered around “teen hygiene awareness”. In this program we will address skin conditions such as acne and eczema while simultaneously providing solutions that will build self-esteem and combat the emotional issues that plague these problems. Working alongside esthetician Kristyn Smith, the workshops will also include certified nutritionists/trainers and certified therapists/physiologists who will address skin, diet, and mental well-being.

Our purpose is to provide accessible, healthy skin education as well as products that nurture and promote healing to those who typically do not have access to such resources. We believe that it is imperative for skincare education and hygiene to start at a young age. Unfortunately, we have noticed that the current beauty market does not educate its younger consumers (puberty level) on effective and affordable practices that treat problematic skin. Instead, the common beauty care solution often relies on pharmaceutical and dermatological intervention only once the problem has gotten out of hand. This must be changed! In a society that often praises clear skin and shames those with blemishes, it is essential to provide tools and knowledge to all ages and demographics on how to attain and maintain healthy skill. Our hope is that by providing the right information and the right product we will help to improve both the physical and mental wellness of the next generation.

0303 represents the day founder and lead esthetician, Kristyn Smith, completed her esthetic training in response to a need she saw consistently regardless of age, gender, or ethnicity - that all people were beautiful in their own unique way, but sometimes just needed help bringing it out to the fullest. For almost 2 decades, Kristyn has devoted herself to make healthy skin a reality for every client and her quest to bring out the inner beauty in all people is one of the 0303 Foundation’s primary goals.

Fight depression,

Stop bullying

Goal One

-

PROVIDE RESOURCES

100% of your donations go directly to providing skincare products to teens across the nation who currently don’t have the means or access to clean nurturing products. By providing blemish cleansers and moisturizers to kids, we are able to promote good hygiene practices as well as combat skin problems before they arise.

Goal Two

-

PROVIDE EDUCATION

Our goal is to launch the first, large-scale, public school program centered around teen hygiene awareness. In this program we will address skin conditions such as acne and eczema while simultaneously providing solutions that will build self-esteem and combat the emotional issues that magnify these problems.

Goal Three

-

PROVIDE SUPPORT

With access to resources and education, we are providing the next generation a new narrative about healthy skin. As we nurture new healthy skin practises, we will also be providing support systems for the good times and the bad. This includes a peer-to-peer forum as well as a mobile support system with estheticians, nutritionists, and therapists to be available at all times for those in need.
